Food Depression Eating Bad Food May Make You Sad

Eating food high in trans fats contributes to depression, a study finds, and good dietary fats protect against depression.

So those individuals who ate a lot of polyunsaturated fats -- a healthier type of fat that is found in olive oil, for example -- had a lower risk of depression.
