Every 23 Seconds A Child Is Beaten At School [VIDEO]

In the 2006 - 2007 school year, 222,517 students were paddled in U.S. public schools.

That averages one child being hit in school every 23 seconds. In 20 states, a student can be paddled in school for being late to class, acting out, going to the bathroom without permission, or even failing a test.
