Slim for Summer Sneaky Ways to Burn Calories

By the time June arrives, Im ready to get outside whenever and however I can.

All winter long, I trudge through my cardio routine, avoiding the rain and early nightfall by burning calories on the stationary bike and treadmill. But now, its summer, and that means not only that we can get our hearts pumping outdoors, but also that we can do so by engaging in a variety of activities beyond the usual gym repertoire.
